Tecsec Security Technology service and support all equipment that is sold through us. There is no ducking for cover when there is a problem – we install the system, and guarantee service with our team of highly professional service and support staff.

Our technical team have extensive knowledge on the products supplied and installed by Tecsec as well as a range of high-end commercial security and access control systems to make sure your equipment is back up and running as quickly as possible.

To keep your equipment in optimal working order, Tecsec also offer a range of Preventative Maintenance Programs to our clients. These programs ensure your critical security equipment doesn’t let you down when you need it the most. We understand that your time is better spent running your business, so our technical team is available 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

ONSITE SERVICE

Where hardware failures are present, one of our highly trained service technician can be arranged to visit your site to perform a repair or quote a replacement. If they cannot fix the problem on site, they are most often equipped with a replacement or loan unit to ensure that you are up and running as soon as possible while your equipment is serviced or repaired in our West Perth workshop.

Technicians can also be booked for onsite system maintenance, upgrades, issue resolution, application development and new features implementation and training.

Our team can also provide recommendations or upgrades to existing equipment.
