Terry White Chemmart in Doubleview recently underwent a major remodel installing the latest technology in prescription medicine dispensing. As part of the remodel, the chemist and proprietor was looking to protect his stock and staff while keeping with the new sleek design and fitout of his retail area.
Security Solution
The TECSEC design team met with the client and designed a CCTV camera system to cover all entry points and high-risk areas as well as all customer interaction areas. One key point was to have a HDMI viewing monitor and mouse in the back of house area where staff could view and review footage anytime. Tecsec supplied a smart HDMI extender from the secure rack and NVR location to the desktop monitor allowing staff full access to the security cameras at any time.
The Result
Terry White Chemmart now has Full High-Definition camera coverage of all customer areas plus facial recognition of the main entry and exit points increasing security to high-risk areas. The CCTV cameras are low profile and with a small footprint, work well with the new sleek lines of the fitout while providing peace of mind and safety for their staff. Operating from 7am-7pm, the team at Terry White Chemmart is delighted with the added security keeping them safe while they work.
